Inmates in Mississippi state penitentiaries like Parchman have been locked in a battle with officials since December, and 12 inmates are dead. What the happened, and what is really going on? Scott was incarcerated there from 2009-2012 and has been in contact with inmates currently incarcerated and offers an inside perspective on what went wrong and what can be done to help.
